Refund Policy

At Ancestral Love Oasis, we strive to create transformative, high-quality experiences through our retreats, workshops, and wellness offerings. Because each program requires significant preparation, space reservation, and energetic investment, we have established the following refund and cancellation guidelines in compliance with Maryland consumer laws.

1. General Policy Overview

Each retreat, workshop, or digital offering may have its own specific refund and cancellation policy, which will be clearly stated on its respective registration or product page.

By purchasing or registering for an event or service, you agree to the terms outlined on that specific page and to the general terms described below.

2. Retreats and In-Person Events

  • Deposits: Most retreats require a non-refundable deposit to secure your space. This deposit covers administrative and planning costs.

  • Balance Payments: The balance of your payment may be refundable or transferable only if cancellation occurs within the timeline stated on the event registration page.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made after the stated deadline are non-refundable unless otherwise noted in writing.

  • Transfers: In some cases, your payment may be transferred to another participant or future retreat, at the discretion of Ancestral Love Oasis.

Please carefully review the cancellation policy listed for your specific retreat before registering.

3. Workshops, Classes, and Online Offerings

  • Unless otherwise specified, workshops and online classes are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If the Company cancels or reschedules a workshop, participants will be notified and offered the choice of a full refund or credit toward another offering.

  • Digital or downloadable content is final sale once accessed or delivered, in accordance with Maryland’s consumer digital goods regulations.

4. Refund Process

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original form of payment within 10–14 business days. Any applicable transaction or processing fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

5. Event Cancellations by Ancestral Love Oasis

If Ancestral Love Oasis must cancel a retreat, workshop, or other event due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, venue issues, or facilitator illness), participants will receive:

  • A full refund or

  • A credit toward a future event, at their choice.

Ancestral Love Oasis is not responsible for reimbursement of travel expenses, airfare, or accommodations booked independently.

6. No-Show Policy

Failure to attend an event, session, or workshop without prior notice will be considered a no-show, and no refund or credit will be issued.

7. Maryland Consumer Law Compliance

In accordance with Maryland Commercial Law Code §14-1314 and Maryland Consumer Protection Act, refund policies must be clearly disclosed prior to purchase. By posting refund details on our website and event pages, Ancestral Love Oasis fulfills this requirement.

If no refund policy is stated, Maryland law assumes that a buyer is entitled to a refund within a “reasonable period,” typically 30 days. To avoid confusion, all event listings on our website specify refund terms.
